At Ryan Jersey, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our items are custom-printed, we don’t accept returns, but we’re committed to fixing any issues you might have. Here’s our refund policy explained simply:
Accepted Cases for Refund
- The item arrived damaged or printed poorly.
- We sent you the wrong item (wrong design or product type).
- We shipped the wrong size (different from what you ordered).
- Your order didn’t arrive within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international).
Important Notes: We can’t accept returns or exchanges if the product has been washed, worn, or if it’s been more than 7 days since delivery.
How to Contact Us:
If you have any of the above issues, email us at support@ryanjersey.com. Our team will help you get a replacement or a refund quickly. Remember, replacements take our usual processing time (3 business days) and delivery time (5-10 days).
Unaccepted Cases for Refund:
- You picked the wrong size.
- The package is missing because the wrong address was provided.
- You want to change the order or shipping address after the item has been printed and shipped.
- You return the product without contacting us first.
- Ordering the Right Size:
Since each item is custom-made, we can’t refund or exchange if it doesn’t fit. Please check the size chart on each product page to ensure you order the right size.
Changing or Cancelling Orders:
You have 6 hours after placing your order to contact us for any changes or cancellations. After that, the order is in production and can’t be changed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or the wrong product, email us at support@ryanjersey.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Missing Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international), email us at support@ryanjersey.com for a full refund. This excludes delays due to incorrect shipping details provided by you or missed deliveries.
