1. Returns
- Eligibility: You can return your custom jersey within 30 days of purchase if it’s in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact).
- Process: Email us at support@ryanjersey.com to start the return. Our team will give you a return authorization number and instructions.
- Shipping: You’ll need to pay for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable method.
- Refund: Once we get the jersey and confirm it meets our policy, we’ll refund your original payment method. Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
- Eligibility: For size, color, or style exchanges, the jersey must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact) and within 30 days of purchase.

- Shipping: Once we get the jersey and confirm its condition, we’ll send the replacement.
