At Ryan Jersey, we’re committed to your satisfaction with our custom jerseys. Here’s our streamlined policy for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth experience:

1. RETURNS

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the jersey is in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact). We don’t accept returns after 7 days from delivery or if the item has been used.
  • Process: Email us at support@ryanjersey.com to start the return. You’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions.
  • Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend a trackable method.
  • Refund: Once we receive and verify the jersey, it will be issued within 7 days. Keep in mind that if you rely on your bank or credit card company, the credit may take an extra 3-5 working days to be posted to your account.

2. EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility: Exchanges for size, color, or style are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the jersey is unworn, unwashed, and has tags intact.
  • Process: Contact us at support@ryanjersey.com for a return authorization number and shipping details.
  • Shipping: After we receive and confirm the jersey’s condition, we’ll ship the replacement (processing takes 3 business days, delivery 5-10 days).
  • Fee: Pay the difference if the replacement costs more; we’ll refund the difference if it’s less.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

  • Accepted Cases: Refunds or replacements are offered if:
    • The jersey arrives damaged or poorly printed.
    • We sent the wrong item (design, product type, or size).
  • Immediate Action: Email us at support@ryanjersey.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Resolution: We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

4. MISSING ORDERS

Eligibility: If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international), contact us for a full refund. This excludes delays due to incorrect shipping details or missed deliveries.

5. UNACCEPTED CASES

Returns or refunds are not available if:

  • You ordered the wrong size (check size charts before ordering).
  • The package is missing due to an incorrect address provided.
  • You request changes after the item is printed and shipped.
  • You return the product without prior contact.

6. CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

You have 6 hours after placing your order to email us at support@ryanjersey.com for changes or cancellations. After this, production begins, and changes are not possible.
